Outsourcing booms in tough times
Despite – or perhaps because of – the economic downturn, demand for virtual assistant services is booming, according to research company Evalueserve. They predict the global outsourcing market will grow eightfold by 2015. Demand is strong from individuals and small businesses alike – and Tim Ferriss, author of The Four-Hour Workweek is just one convert.
